If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend the following based on waist measurements:

• Small (S) = 32-inch waist
• Medium (M) = 34-inch waist
• Large (L) = 36-inch waist
• X-Large (XL) = 38-inch waist
• XX-Large (XXL) = 40-inch waist

However, due to the flexible waistband, our PJ Bottoms can comfortably fit a range of waist sizes, both larger and smaller than the listed measurements.
